As a Dishwasher, you will help ensure smooth kitchen operations by maintaining cleanliness, supporting the culinary team, and creating a safe and efficient work environment.

What You'll Do

  • Sweep, mop floors, wash worktables, and clean walls of refrigerators and other assigned equipment using designated chemicals.
  • Ensure that the floor and work surfaces are kept free of trash, water, etc. to prevent potential accidents.
  • Scrape food from dirty dishes, pots, and pans and wash by hand or in the dishwasher.
  • Sort silverware before cleaning and properly load and unload the dishwasher.
  • Sort and store all clean china, glass, silver, chafers, coffee pots, pitchers, display pieces, and platters using proper procedures.
  • Assist with unloading product from supply trucks.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
