Description
As a Medical Claims Adjuster with Wilson-McShane Corporation, you will serve as a primary point of contact for participants and providers, handling a high volume of phone calls and responding to benefit and claims-related inquiries. This role requires the ability to balance and manage incoming calls while processing medical and short-term disability claims in a timely and accurate manner. You will have a direct impact on the participants and families of the plans we administer by providing exceptional customer service and ensuring claims are handled efficiently. This position offers the opportunity to support participants and providers both by phone and in person while navigating multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
The schedule for this position is 8:00am-5:00pm, Monday-Friday with a 1 hour lunch. This role is a non-exempt position with compensation at $28.80 per hour and includes benefits such as the following:
