BECOMING OUR PEST CONTROL INSIDE SALES REP

As our Pest Control Inside Sales Rep, you'll play a crucial role in driving sales growth and expanding our customer base. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Converting pre-qualified leads into new customers and nurturing existing client relationships
  • Engaging customers in meaningful conversations to identify their needs and promote our pest control services
  • Achieving sales targets and performance metrics to drive revenue growth
  • Providing exceptional customer service and maintaining accurate records of sales interactions

Join us in creating pest-free environments and making a positive impact on our community! All that we need from you is the following:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Inside sales experience
  • Ability to type at a minimum of 40 words per minute
  • Ability to calculate basic math
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Strong customer service skills

Being bilingual in English/Spanish is preferred but not required!
