To thrive as a Peruvian Food Chef, you need expertise in traditional Peruvian culinary techniques, knowledge of native ingredients, and formal culinary training or relevant kitchen experience. Familiarity with commercial kitchen equipment, food safety certifications, and inventory management systems is typically required.
