Personal Shopper / Stylist

Location: Los Angeles, California

A wonderful Ultra High Net Worth couple is seeking an exceptional, polished, and highly resourceful Personal Shopper and Luxury Lifestyle Stylist to provide dedicated support to the female principal. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional with impeccable taste, outstanding organizational skills, and a genuine passion for luxury living.

The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge of luxury brands, fine gifting, entertaining, and international luxury lifestyle. They will have an established network of relationships within premier boutiques, fashion houses, florists, designers, and luxury service providers, while demonstrating the highest level of discretion, professionalism, and attention to detail.

This role requires someone who naturally anticipates needs, enjoys creating memorable experiences, and thrives in a fast paced private household where no two days are the same.

Key Responsibilities
  • Curate and purchase luxury clothing, accessories, home décor, and specialty items that reflect the principal's personal style and lifestyle.
  • Source thoughtful, unique, and beautifully presented gifts for family, friends, business associates, and special occasions, including professional gift wrapping and presentation.
  • Assist with planning and executing events ranging from intimate dinner parties to elegant gatherings of more than 300 guests.
  • Coordinate floral selections and create tasteful, simple floral arrangements for the residence and special occasions.
  • Maintain strong relationships with luxury retailers, personal shoppers, designers, event professionals, florists, and preferred vendors throughout Los Angeles.
  • Stay informed on emerging luxury brands, exclusive product launches, fine dining, cultural events, and the latest trends in fashion, design, travel, and hospitality.
  • Provide lifestyle support, including restaurant reservations, entertainment recommendations, and sourcing unique experiences.
  • Support event preparation, vendor coordination, guest experience, and post event follow through.
  • Maintain accurate purchasing records, budgets, receipts, and administrative documentation.
  • Collaborate seamlessly with household staff, executive assistants, and external vendors to ensure exceptional service.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of five years of experience supporting Ultra High Net Worth individuals, celebrities, executives, or private families in a Personal Shopper, Stylist, Lifestyle Manager, or similar role.
  • Extensive knowledge of luxury brands, fashion, home décor, and fine gifting.
  • Established relationships within the Los Angeles luxury retail and hospitality community are highly desirable.
  • Exceptional organizational, administrative, and communication skills.
  • Strong hospitality mindset with an understanding of luxury service standards and etiquette.
  • Creative eye for presentation, styling, and entertaining.
  • Ability to multitask while maintaining meticulous attention to detail.
  • Positive, proactive, and service driven personality.
  • Demonstrated longevity and stability in previous positions.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and travel occasionally when required.
  • Ability to create basic yet elegant floral arrangements is highly desirable.
