Michigan Auto Law, Michigan's premier plaintiff's personal injury auto law firm, is looking for a dedicated Legal Support Staff member to join a busy, highly successful litigation group handling both litigated and non-litigated Plaintiff personal injury matters. The right person should be organized, dependable, and passionate about helping clients who have been seriously injured in auto accidents. No prior legal experience is required — we are willing to train the right person who is eager to learn, reliable, and takes pride in their work.

Compensation:

$50,000


Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative and case support to attorneys and case managers across active litigation and pre-litigation files

  • Organize and maintain physical and digital case files, correspondence, and documentation

  • Assist with the preparation of legal documents and proofread as needed

  • Answer phone calls and emails, and communicate professionally with clients, medical providers, insurance representatives, and opposing attorney offices

  • Maintain attorney calendars, schedule meetings and appointments, and track upcoming deadlines

  • Handle data entry, filing, and updates within case management systems

  • Support day-to-day office operations and other administrative tasks as assigned


Qualifications:
  • 4-year college degree required

  • 0–5 years of relevant work experience (legal experience a plus, not required)

  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment

  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of working independently or as part of a team

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; willingness to learn case management and document management software
