Job Position: Personal Injury Attorney
Location: Los Angeles & Orange County, California
Work Schedule: Hybrid (2–3 days in office per week)
Employment Type: Full-Time
Compensation: $220,000 Base Salary + 10% Guaranteed Year-End Bonus
Experience Required: 4+ Years
Bar Admission: Active California Bar License Required

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a personal injury caseload from pre-litigation through settlement, arbitration, or trial.
  • Conduct case evaluations, liability analysis, and damages assessments.
  • Draft and review pleadings, motions, discovery requests, responses, and settlement demands.
  • Take and defend depositions, attend mediations, and represent clients in court proceedings.
  • Develop litigation strategies and work closely with experts, medical providers, and investigators.
  • Negotiate favorable settlements with insurance carriers and defense counsel.
  • Maintain consistent client communication and provide strategic legal guidance throughout the litigation process.

Qualifications
