Job description

Personal Injury Legal Assistant

Warnock MacKinlay Law, a fast-paced, growing personal injury law firm in Scottsdale, is seeking a full-time personal injury legal assistant. Candidates for this position must be detail-oriented, dependable, and capable of independent time management. . Personal Injury experience is a plus. Must be bilingual in English and Spanish.


Job duties include:

· Representing the firm in communication with clients and insurance companies.

· Organizing and managing new files.

· Working with the paralegal to collect medical records.

· Sending letters, documents, and obtaining police reports, medical records, etc.


An ideal candidate would have the following attributes:

· Team player, strong individual contributor

· Excellent writing and oral communication skills

· Hard-working, self-starting, and successful in multitasking

· Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, DropBox, and case management software

Pay: $23-$26 per hour (depending on experience)
