  • Drive business development efforts in the Seattle market in coordination with firm leadership.

  • Experience in civil litigation, personal injury, or related plaintiff-side practice areas (additional consideration may be given to candidates with backgrounds in public defense or malpractice defense).
  • Strong client service orientation and ability to manage sensitive client relationships.
  • Demonstrated leadership potential and ability to manage or supervise teams.
  • Comfortable working in a fully digital, paperless legal environment.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and case management skills.
  • Long-term career orientation with interest in building within a growing organization.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Prior experience in a leadership, supervisory, or office management role within a legal practice.
  • Experience working in high-volume plaintiff personal injury firms.
  • Familiarity with modern legal technology systems and digital case management tools.
  • Experience supporting or participating in business development activities.
Compensation & Work Model
  • Base Salary: $120,000 โ€“ $200,000, commensurate with experience.
  • Bonus: Tiered performance-based bonus structure tied to case outcomes, to be established after an initial ramp-up period.
  • Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(k), and paid time off.
  • Work Model: On-site role in Seattle, Washington.
