Responsibilities:
  • Manage all phases of personal injury and wrongful death cases from inception through resolution.
  • Conduct legal research and provide legal analysis on complex issues related to personal injury law.
  • Develop and implement case management plans, including identifying legal issues, gathering and reviewing evidence, and determining the appropriate legal strategy.
  • Prepare and draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents.
  • Represent clients in court, arbitration, and mediation proceedings.
  • Negotiate settlements with opposing counsel and insurance companies to achieve the best possible outcome for our clients.
  • Collaborate with legal support staff to ensure efficient and effective case management.

Qualifications:
  • Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school.
  • Admitted to practice law in the state and in good standing with the state bar association.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience as a personal injury attorney, including significant trial experience.
  • Proven track record of success in personal injury litigation, including motor vehicle accidents, wrongful death, and slip and fall cases.
  • Exceptional legal research and writing skills.
  • Proficient in using legal research software and case management systems.
  • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to resolve complex disputes.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients, court personnel, and other attorneys.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and case management skills.
