We are a growing, family-owned healthcare organization seeking an experienced Executive Business Partner to support our CEO, CFO, and COO. This is an opportunity to work closely with the Ownership Team in a highly visible role that is both strategic and hands-on.

The right person will be a trusted partner who helps keep priorities organized, initiatives moving forward, and day-to-day operations running smoothly. You'll be involved in a wide range of responsibilities, from executive support and project coordination to special initiatives, business development activities, and personal executive support.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, takes ownership of their work, and is comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. We are looking for a professional who is resourceful, organized, detail-oriented, and able to anticipate needs while maintaining the highest level of confidentiality and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities
Executive & Business Support
  • Provide high-level executive support to the CEO, CFO, and COO.
  • Manage complex calendars, scheduling, travel arrangements, and competing priorities across the Ownership Team.
  • Coordinate and facilitate executive meetings, leadership sessions, strategic planning initiatives, and company events.
  • Prepare presentations, reports, briefing documents, agendas, and meeting materials.
  • Track key initiatives, action items, deadlines, and organizational priorities to ensure timely execution.
  • Support strategic growth initiatives, business development efforts, acquisitions, and special projects.
  • Serve as a primary liaison between ownership, executive leadership, vendors, clients, and external stakeholders.
  • Manage confidential communications and correspondence with professionalism and discretion.
  • Drive accountability and follow-through on executive commitments and organizational objectives.
Personal Executive Support
  • Manage personal calendars, appointments, and family scheduling needs.
  • Coordinate domestic and international personal travel arrangements and itineraries.
  • Oversee household vendors, contractors, maintenance projects, and service providers.
  • Manage vehicle registrations, maintenance schedules, and related logistics.
  • Coordinate special events, reservations, personal projects, and family initiatives.
  • Assist with property management responsibilities and household organization projects.
  • Handle sensitive personal matters with the highest level of confidentiality and professionalism.
Qualifications
  • 7+ years of experience supporting C-suite executives, founders, entrepreneurs, ownership groups, or senior leadership teams.
  • Proven ability to support multiple executives and manage competing priorities simultaneously.
  • Exceptional organizational, project management, and time-management skills.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently, anticipate needs, and exercise sound judgment.
  • Strong attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy and follow-through.
  • Experience in healthcare, multi-site operations, or high-growth organizations is preferred.
