Job description

As an Associate Manager of Product Development at Epicor, you will lead technical design, mentor development teams, and deliver secure, efficient systems for complex business needs. We are seeking applicants with strong Azure expertise, a passion for automation, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams.

What you will be doing:

  • Lead technical design sessions with customers, Product Owners, Product Management, Architects, and Developers.

  • Translate customer requirements into secure, scalable, and efficient system designs.

  • Partner with Product and Engineering teams to assess feasibility, risks, estimates, and priorities.

  • Improve development methodologies, engineering practices, delivery processes, and automation.

  • Mentor Architects, Developers, and technical team members to strengthen team capability.

  • Conduct code reviews to ensure quality, security, performance, and architectural alignment.

  • Represent Epicor as a technical voice in internal and external forums.

What you will likely bring:

  • 10+ years' experience in application engineering and enterprise software development.

  • 3+ years' experience leading development teams and mentoring technical talent.

  • Strong Azure cloud architecture expertise.

  • Strong technical leadership, decision-making, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Excellent communication skills with technical and non-technical audience.

  • Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and risk assessment skills.

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
