Retail Banker

FSNB is a full-service bank that has been family owned and operated for over 75 years. We are currently seeking confident, professional, and sales-driven individuals who want more than just a job and instead want an opportunity to build a successful career in banking.

As a Retail Banker, you will develop customer relationships, identify financial needs, recommend appropriate products and services, open and manage accounts, process banking transactions, and help grow the branch through active selling and cross-selling. FSNB strategically operates the majority of locations within Walmart Supercenters, creating a unique opportunity to meet new people, build relationships, and introduce FSNB to potential customers while they shop.

This is an active, customer-facing sales position for individuals who are motivated by goals, enjoy connecting with people, and take pride in delivering an exceptional customer experience. Previous banking experience is not required but cash-handling and sales experience is preferred.

FSNB provides paid training and promotes from within, offering career growth opportunities such as personal bankers, supervisors, bank officers, and branch managers. All qualifications can be acquired through on the job training and professional growth.
