Personal/Executive Assistant

Position Overview

We are seeking a reliable and personable Personal/Executive Assistant to support three

executives. This role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to handle a high

volume of calls while providing administrative and personal support in a professional

office environment.


Key Responsibilities

- Manage calendars for three executives, including scheduling appointments,

conference calls and coordinating meetings that involve all three individuals.

- Arrange and book travel, including air travel, car rentals, and hotel reservations.

- Handle a high volume of incoming and outgoing calls professionally and

efficiently.

- Prepare simple lunches, snacks, coffee, and tea for the executives as needed.

- Maintain strong organization to keep up with frequently changing schedules and

priorities.

- Communicate clearly and confidently with senior executives and external

contacts.


Ideal Candidate

- Mild-mannered, modest professional attire, comfortable interacting with top-level executives.

- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple calendars and last-minute

changes.

- Experienced in calendar management, travel coordination, and high-volume

phone support.
