Location: Mokena, IL Employment Type: Full-Time Compensation: $55,000 - $70,000 (Based on Experience)

A growing commercial flooring company is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and trusted Executive & Personal Assistant to support the CEO in both professional and personal capacities. This individual will serve as a strategic partner, helping manage daily priorities, communications, scheduling, travel, follow-up items, and special projects.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, resourceful, highly confidential, and capable of anticipating needs before they arise. This role requires someone who can bring structure to a fast-paced environment, ensure critical tasks are tracked and completed, and help maximize the CEO's effectiveness and productivity.

Experience within the commercial flooring, construction, or related industries is preferred but not required.
