About the Opportunity

We are a heart-led, founder-driven business at the intersection of travel, experiences, community, and impact. Our work brings passionate people together through high-touch, memorable experiences built around connection, celebration, shared interests, and purpose. The pace is fast, the bar is high, the culture is strong, and the work has real reach.

This is a rare opportunity to work closely with the CEO in a high-trust role at the center of a dynamic business known for ambitious ideas, meaningful experiences, strong relationships, and measurable impact. The role sits close to strategy, execution, communication, travel, special projects, and the day-to-day momentum that keeps everything moving.

If you thrive around energy, excellence, creativity, and thoughtful execution, and you want a front-row seat to a founder-led environment where no two weeks look the same, this role offers exactly that.

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, resourceful, and tech-forward Executive & Personal Assistant to support the CEO across executive priorities, business operations, communication, travel, special projects, and high-importance follow-through. This is first and foremost an executive support role, with select personal coordination and operational support included to reduce friction, protect focus, and maintain momentum.

The ideal candidate is calm under pressure, exceptional with details, highly discreet, and comfortable operating in a fast-moving environment with shifting priorities. This role centers on coordination, execution, and operational continuity, supported by strong systems, sound judgment, and smart use of outside resources. At times, the role will also require occasional light hands-on support to help keep spaces organized, presentable, and running smoothly, particularly around travel, guests, events, or other high-priority moments.

This is not a standard assistant role. It is high-visibility, high-trust, and well suited to someone who wants to become an indispensable right hand in a business and leadership environment that is growing, evolving, and making a real mark.

Who You Are

You are proactive, organized, discreet, and dependable. You anticipate needs, communicate clearly, follow through hard, and know how to create calm inside complexity. You are just as comfortable managing a schedule, solving a logistics problem, drafting communication, or organizing a project as you are stepping into a fast-moving day and figuring out what matters most.

You are tech-forward and practical. You use AI and modern tools to improve research, workflow, communication, and process design. You build systems naturally. You do not wait to be told the same thing twice. You are low-drama, high-accountability, and able to shift between strategic priorities and tactical execution without losing the thread.

You are energized by meaningful work, ambitious leaders, and environments where excellence, relationships, and impact all matter.
