Job description

Personal/Executive Assistant for Kaylor Martin

Baloo Talent is a people operations group offering custom recruitment and consulting services.

We will be the point of contact between you and Kaylor and will act as your trusted advisor and coach. We look forward to your interest.

Location: New York, NY (hybrid — not always in-person; must be able to get around NYC, public transit OK)

Type: Part-time, 10–20 hours/week

Schedule: Flexible, to be determined week-to-week based on Kaylor's schedule and content calendar

Compensation: $25–40/hour, commensurate with experience

Kaylor Martin (Love Island alum, growing personal brand) is looking for a proactive, plugged-in PA/EA to support both her day-to-day life and her fast-moving content and business world. This role is a true hybrid: one day you might be steaming clothes and unpacking a PR haul, the next you're coordinating a podcast recording or brainstorming her next social concept. No two days will look the same, and that's the point.

This is a great fit for someone who thrives in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments, is deeply fluent in social media and creator culture, and gets genuine energy from helping build something. You'll need to be highly organized (Kaylor will lean on you for structure), quick to respond, and comfortable working around a schedule that shifts week to week.

What You'll Do

Personal Support

  • Help with packing/unpacking for travel and events
  • Unbox and organize incoming PR packages
  • Handle laundry, closet organization, and hanging/steaming clothes
  • Run errands and support day-to-day personal tasks

Executive/Creative Support

  • Book and coordinate travel
  • Liaise with Kaylor's podcast production team on scheduling and logistics
  • Help film social content (on-the-go, in-the-moment capture)
  • Brainstorm and pitch social content ideas
  • Manage and update LTK links

Who You Are

  • Highly organized and able to bring structure to a fast-changing schedule
  • Deeply familiar with social media trends, platforms, and creator culture
  • Excited, passionate, and ready to move with urgency
  • Comfortable with a mix of hands-on personal tasks and higher-level EA work
  • Flexible with scheduling — able to adapt to a week-to-week cadence
  • Based in or able to travel around NYC via public transit

To Note

  • Candidate will be required to sign an NDA prior to starting
