Job description

What You'll Be Doing:

As an experienced Project Engineer, you will work on site/civil engineering and land development projects. This person will actively participate in the growth of our firm.

Technical Proficiency:

    • Demonstrate technical excellence in engineering principles and practices.
    • Possess expertise in designing potable water and wastewater distribution systems, surface water management systems, site grading, roadway design, and related land development projects.

Project Lifecycle Management:

    • Take projects from entitlements through to construction, ensuring successful project execution.
    • Manage and coordinate various aspects of project development.

Permitting and Entitlements:

    • Efficiently process multiple permitting entitlements across various governmental agencies.
    • Utilize local experience to streamline the permitting process.
    • Implement complex permitting strategies to meet project schedules, ranging from large-scale developments to compact commercial infills.

Client Relationship and Company Growth:

    • Actively participate in company marketing efforts to enhance our company's profile and foster relationships with existing and future clients and governmental agencies.
    • Contribute to the growth of the company by delivering high-quality projects and client satisfaction.

Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering from an EAC/ABET Accredited University
  • PE Licensure Required
  • Candidates with relevant work experience in Washington are preferred. 
  •  AutoCAD Civil 3D, WaterCAD, StormCAD, and SewerCAD preferred.
