Nursing South, a leading home healthcare agency serving Miami-Dade, is currently seeking dedicated RNs to join our team of professionals. As a Registered Nurse, you play a crucial role as a valued member of our patient treatment team. Your responsibilities include evaluating, assessing, and providing care in accordance with established physician treatment plans, all while actively participating in the coordination of patient care.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities
  • Oasis Admissions / Start of care.
  • Resumption of Care, Recertification, Discharge
  • Supervision, Regular visits
  • Insulin Patients
  • Wound Care, Wound Care High Tech, IV/ High Tech Certified, HIV Tech Certified
  • Accurately and thoroughly document patient care observations, interpenetrations, and evaluations on the day services are rendered.
  • Provide nursing services within the scope of practice authorized by the license issued by the state for a Registered Nurse.
  • Collects, analyzes, and interprets data and information from health care members and documents actual and/or potential nurse diagnoses.
  • Recorded all clinical and progress notes and entered them into the patient's permanent record files.
  • Plan of care reevaluated needs and revised plan of care as necessary.
  • Responsible for the clinical record of each patient receiving nursing care.
  • All RN duties related to home health care.
