• Conduct thorough clinical assessments and evidence-based evaluations, employing solution-focused interventions to create customized treatment plans tailored to clients’ unique circumstances and challenges.
• Utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to implement effective interventions that promote mental resilience and emotional growth.
• Maintain meticulous clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA standards, safeguarding client confidentiality and ensuring seamless continuity of care.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and social workers, to deliver holistic care that encompasses both physical and emotional health considerations.
• Participate in regular training sessions and peer consultation meetings to engage in continuous learning and stay updated with best practice methodologies.
• Educate clients and their families about various mental health concerns and available resources, empowering them with knowledge and tools to effectively manage their situations.

Your role will facilitate access to exceptional mental health services for a varied clientele—ranging from individuals struggling with anxiety and depression to those navigating more severe psychological conditions. You will impact clients from different cultures, age groups, and demographics, emphasizing personalized treatment plans that resonate with their individual experiences and needs.

• A Master’s degree or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• An active license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in California.
• Demonstrated expertise in applying solution-focused techniques and interventions that cater to diverse client backgrounds and needs.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills that allow for the development of trusting therapeutic relationships with clients.
• Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities essential for guiding complex client scenarios toward successful outcomes.

• Experience working in a community health or outpatient setting.
