Job Title: Senior Litigation Paralegal (Civil)

Location: Phoenix, AZ

Compensation: Contract: $38.46 – $43.26 / Hour

Conversion: $80000 – $90000 / Year + monthly bonus

Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience supporting civil litigation matters
  • Demonstrated background handling complex litigation cases
  • Familiarity with Arizona Superior Court and U.S. District Court procedures
  • Strong legal writing and document preparation skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively with clients and legal teams
  • Proficiency with Adobe Acrobat, Microsoft Office Suite, and Excel
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to work well in a team environment

Job Description:

Addison Group is partnering with our client to hire an experienced Senior Litigation Paralegal to support a busy civil litigation practice. This role will focus on managing complex casework, preparing legal documentation, and supporting attorneys throughout all phases of litigation.
