The main goal is to assess call quality, ensure compliance with company standards, and provide feedback to improve customer interactions. These professionals use specialized software to access recorded or live calls, document their observations, and sometimes report findings to management. Staying proactive about feedback and participating in virtual team check-ins can also help maintain quality and foster a sense of connection.

Job description

Sr. AI Engineer & Strategist

Company Overview

We are a dominant force in automotive martech, operating at a massive enterprise scale. As a premier digital agency powering thousands of dealerships across the US and Canada, we manage over $250M in annual online advertising spend and orchestrate complex customer data ecosystems.

Automotive advertising is highly complex. Every ad must comply with a web of federal laws, state regulations, and strict Manufacturer (OEM) compliance rules (e.g., Ford, GM, Hyundai) regarding imagery, pricing, and messaging. Currently, managing this creative production and data compliance framework requires $7M annually in manual resources. We are looking for a visionary Senior AI Engineer / Strategist to architect and build a proprietary, cutting-edge Generative AI creative engine that disrupts this process-mass-producing stunning, fully compliant ad assets at scale while seamlessly unifying dealership data.

Position Summary

  • Type: Permanent, Full-Time
  • Location: Remote (USA & Canada)

As the Senior AI Engineer / Strategist, you will act as the primary architect and hands-on builder of our next-generation AI advertising and compliance pipeline. You will eliminate friction by automating the generation of digital ad creatives (copy, imagery, and video) while embedding localized legal and OEM compliance rules directly into the AI's guardrails. This role requires an entrepreneurial, staff-level engineer who can navigate multi-platform architectures, orchestrate high-throughput cloud infrastructure, and turn complex data layers into automated creative output.

Core Responsibilities

  • Architect the GenAI Creative & Compliance Engine: Design and deploy a scalable AI infrastructure capable of mass-producing digital advertising creatives (static images, video components, dynamic ad copy) for thousands of dealership accounts simultaneously.
  • Build Automated, Rules-Based Guardrails: Program the engine using advanced LLM pipelines and evaluation frameworks to understand, adapt to, and enforce complex compliance rules. This includes localized "laws of the land" (US, states, Canada) and strict OEM guidelines (e.g., ensuring exact vehicle trims, pricing syntax, and brand-approved terminology are displayed).
  • Data Integration & Scaling: Oversee the syncing and orchestration of distributed data environments (spanning thousands of dealership profiles, OEM data feeds, and CRM layers) to ensure real-time accuracy in ad generation.
  • Optimize Production Pipelines: Transform our current $7M manual compliance and creative resource structure into a high-availability, low-latency automated workflow, heavily optimizing systems to handle millions of sessions and high-throughput asset generation.
  • Drive Full-Lifecycle MLOps: Establish robust CI/CD, data drift monitoring, automated testing, and evaluation pipelines to ensure the reliability, observability, and precision of deployed models.
  • Collaborate as a Technical Leader: Partner with cross-functional product teams to turn structured feedback into rapid iterations, outmaneuvering boutique agencies with speed while leveraging our $250M enterprise data advantage.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Advanced AI & LLM Engineering: Over a decade of software engineering experience with a proven track record of shipping production-grade AI/ML/NLP applications serving millions of users. Direct experience with modern AI frameworks (e.g., Pydantic AI, DeepEval, Claude/GPT models) is highly valued.
  • Enterprise Infrastructure & Cloud Architecture: Deep expertise in Python, modern cloud environments (AWS ECS/Fargate, Sagemaker, Terraform), microservices, and containerization.
  • Data Layer Mastery: Strong background handling highly distributed architectures, orchestrated services, and high-redundancy relational databases (PostgreSQL) containing millions of structured and unstructured records.
  • MarTech & CRM Domain Knowledge: Past experience building or scaling products within MarTech, e-commerce, or intelligent AI-driven CRM systems is highly preferred.
  • Founder/Staff-Level Mindset: Proven ability to balance high-level system strategy with rapid, hands-on coding iteration. Experience guiding product vision and technical architecture simultaneously.

What We Offer.

  • Massive Impact & Scale: You won't be building tools in a vacuum. Your engine will immediately impact $250M in active ad spend and revolutionize a $7M operational workflow.
  • 100% Remote Flexibility: Work from anywhere in the United States or Canada.
  • Cutting-Edge Stack: The freedom to leverage and build with the absolute best AI technologies and modern frameworks available without legacy tech bottlenecks
