This position is fully remote, allowing for a flexible work-life balance while you contribute to our community health clinic's mission. • Provide weekly clinical supervision for practicum students in their master's programs and those pursuing licensure, offering guidance and educational support.
• Deliver high-quality psychotherapy services to individuals, couples, and families, facilitating insightful discussions and tailored treatment plans to address their unique needs.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including psychologists, social workers, and community resources, to enhance client care.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that are responsive to ongoing client assessments and feedback.
• Maintain thorough records and documentation to comply with ethical standards and legal requirements, ensuring diligence in client progress tracking.
• Stay informed on current best practices and advances in therapeutic methodologies, engaging in continuous professional development opportunities.

The ideal candidate will work with a broad range of clientele, including individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and other mental health issues. Our approach is commensurate with a trauma-informed care philosophy, emphasizing sensitivity to the diverse backgrounds and experiences of our clients.

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is required.
• Possession of a valid state license as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) or equivalent credential.
• Current professional liability insurance.
• A minimum of two years of relevant experience in a clinical setting.

Previous experience supervising practicum students and engaging in group therapy sessions will be considered a strong asset. Familiarity with electronic health records and telehealth platforms is also advantageous, as you will be working remotely.

• Competitive salary range from $80,000 to $100,000 annually, with the potential for additional earnings through performance-driven incentives.
• A generous sign-on bonus of $3,000.
