• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to create tailored treatment plans for clients, addressing their unique psychological needs.
• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused therapy, adapting to the individual's or group's requirements.
• Facilitate group therapy sessions, family counseling, and individual therapy, fostering an open environment for discussion and healing.
• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare providers to ensure holistic care delivery that encompasses physical, mental, and emotional health.
• Maintain accurate and confidential clinical documentation, adhering to legal and ethical standards to protect client confidentiality and care integrity.
• Engage in continuous professional development through workshops, training, and mental health research updates, ensuring your practice remains current and effective.

Our client base includes individuals and families who often face socio-economic barriers that limit their access to mental health services. As a counselor, you will work with a diverse population, addressing various mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance misuse, among others. You will play a vital role in making mental health care accessible and relevant to the unique experiences of our clients.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.
• An active and unrestricted Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) license in California.
• At least two years of counseling experience, preferably in a clinical setting, is essential.
• Strong understanding of legal and ethical standards relevant to mental health practice.
• Exemplary interpersonal and communication skills that enable rapport-building with a diverse client population.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with a team dedicated to comprehensive client care.
• Proficiency in Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems and other relevant technologies.

• Specialization in areas such as family therapy, couples therapy, trauma-informed care, or substance misuse treatment is highly desirable.
• Experience in community health settings, particularly with underserved populations.
• Familiarity with innovative therapeutic methods and therapeutic tools to enhance client engagement.

• The annual salary ranges from USD 120,000 to USD 140,000, complemented by a significant sign-on bonus of $3,000.
