• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to create individualized therapy plans that cater to the unique needs of each client.
• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions to individuals, families, couples, and groups, utilizing techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused therapy.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and records in compliance with state laws and ethical standards, using electronic medical record (EMR) systems.
• Participate in ongoing professional development and training to remain knowledgeable about the latest developments in the mental health field.
• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate client care, sharing insights and strategies to enhance treatment outcomes.

Your role will specialize in supporting a diverse patient population, including individuals facing challenges related to anxiety, depression, trauma, substance misuse, and family dynamics. Many clients may come from underrepresented backgrounds, and you will be instrumental in providing them with access to the mental health resources they need to thrive.

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.
• Active and unrestricted license as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) in the state of California.
• Minimum of two years of relevant counseling experience, preferably in a clinical setting.
• Strong understanding of legal and ethical standards in counseling practices.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with a diverse client base.
• Proficiency in using EMR software and technology relevant to mental health documentation and reporting.

• Specialization in family therapy, couples therapy, trauma informed care, and substance use treatment is highly preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

• Annual salary ranging from USD 120,000 to 140,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
