Many companies encourage growth by offering pathways to promotions, participation in special projects, and leadership development programs. Because permanent employees are usually more integrated into the company's culture and long-term planning, they may have more opportunities for advancement and involvement in strategic decision-making compared to temporary or contract staff.

What are permanent positions?

Permanent positions are jobs offered by employers with no predetermined end date, meaning the employment is ongoing until either the employee or employer decides to end it. These roles typically offer greater job security, benefits such as health insurance and retirement plans, and opportunities for career advancement within the company. Permanent employees are usually considered a long-term investment by employers and are often eligible for company perks and professional development programs.

  • Frame alignment and squareness directly impact the performance and reliability of conveyor systems
This role also supports overall fabrication operations, contributing to a high-quality and consistent manufacturing process.

  • Match required surface finishes to achieve uniformity
  • Inspect parts and weldments for proper form, fit, and function based on engineering drawings
  • Maintain required tolerances and ensure frame squareness for proper system performance

Manufacturing Support
  • Support additional fabrication tasks including cutting, forming, grinding, and polishing components
  • Assist with mechanical assembly, testing, or installation when required
  • Collaborate with fabrication team leader, engineers, and project managers to identify and resolve issues
