Job Purpose: Work along side Product and Data team to support high-volume data processing by performing accurate and timely system entry into approved systems such as HealthSherpa, Enhanced Direct Enrollment (EDE) platforms, and carrier-specific portals. This role ensures compliance, speed to enrollment, and operational efficiency while reducing agent administrative burden.

Responsibilities:

  • Enter consumer enrollment data into HealthSherpa, EDE platforms, and/or direct carrier portals.
  • Validate and reconcile data received from licensed agents, CRM tools, or intake forms.
  • Upload supporting documents (e.g., proof of income, immigration, identity) as required by CMS or carriers.
  • Ensure proper plan selection, subsidy eligibility, and tax credit application per FFM guidelines.
  • Flag incomplete, duplicate, or inconsistent records and route back to appropriate teams for resolution.
  • Timestamp and document key milestones for compliance auditing (e.g., attestation, application submitted).
  • Maintain confidentiality and security of all consumer PII/PHI in accordance with HIPAA and CMS regulations.
  • Achieve daily productivity and accuracy on benchmarks as set by the Enrollment Manager.
  • Participate in live training and attend brief daily huddles for updates on workflows and compliance changes.

Required Qualifications:

  • Can type 50+ words per minute (assessment required)
  • Health and Life Insurance License a plus but not required
  • 1+ year data entry or administrative support experience (ACA or healthcare preferred)
  • Familiarity with ACA platforms like HealthSherpa, EDE systems, and/or carrier portals a plus
  • Ability to work in high-volume, time-sensitive environments with attention to detail
  • Strong keyboarding, multitasking, and system navigation skills
  • Availability for evenings/weekends during peak OEP volume
  • Bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus but not required
Additional Information

This is a seasonal position running from October through January, aligned with the Open Enrollment Period (OEP). As a temporary W-2 role, benefits such as health insurance, PTO, or holiday pay are not included.
