WHAT YOU'LL DO
  • Post daily financial transactions including deposits, payments, disbursements, and transfers
  • Review transactions for accuracy and help identify discrepancies
  • Reconcile accounts and maintain accurate records
  • Maintain transaction logs and electronic payment files
  • Contact clients regarding account questions and payment information
  • Prepare and assist with reports
  • Answer and transfer incoming calls
  • Scan documents, respond to emails, and assist with general office tasks
