Shipping & Receiving Specialist | Logistics & Inventory

PrideStaff is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Shipping & Receiving Specialist to join a premier industrial team in Palm Beach County. This is a 1st-shift opportunity within a fast-paced manufacturing environment, perfect for a logistics professional who thrives on accuracy and organization.

Position Overview

  • Pay Rate: $17.00 – $22.00 per hour (Based on Experience)
  • Schedule: 1st Shift | Monday – Friday
  • Location: Palm Beach County, FL
  • Job Type: Full-Time / Potential for Permanent Hire

Key Responsibilities

  • Logistics Coordination: Manage incoming and outgoing shipments, ensuring all documentation is accurate and compliant with industrial standards.
  • Inventory Control: Maintain precise inventory levels through regular cycle counting and physical audits within a manufacturing warehouse setting.
  • Shipping & Receiving: Perform hands-on loading/unloading, verifying packing slips against physical goods, and processing shipments through UPS, FedEx, or LTL carriers.
  • Documentation: Utilize ERP or inventory management software to track materials and update stock status in real-time.
  • Safety & Organization: Maintain a clean, organized warehouse environment and adhere to all OSHA and industrial safety protocols.

Qualifications

  • Experience: Experience in Shipping, Receiving, or Logistics specifically within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
  • Forklift Experience: Prior experience operating a Sit-down or Stand-up Forklift is a strong bonus but not required.
