Salary:$22.50/hourlyย (Per PSRP 2025 - 2029 Contract)

Summary:
To maintain and update records of EPCUSD 401 Students.ย  Answer all authorized inquiries and requests, process and prepare various reports and special assignments when needed.


Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma
  • Experience with PowerSchool preferred
  • Highly proficient with spreadsheets and data manipulation


Job Responsibilities:
Registration and Residency


  • Leads student enrollment including registration and residency.
  • Assists with data processing of student enrollment data in PowerSchool Enrollment.
  • Evaluates transcripts of incoming students to determine number of transferring credits, grades, and graduation requirements.
  • Leads the Residency team with: Collecting all necessary documentation for enrollment.
  • Leads the Residency team in collaboration with the building secretaries reviews mail returns for District Investigators, pulling schedules, student/parent information and initiating/maintaining a residency obligation list.
  • Works with District Investigators in collaboration with building secretaries clearing residency obligations, arranging visits, verifying residency and guardianships.
  • Assists with collecting and screening residency information.
  • Assists with multiple forms of data entry.

Student Records

  • Maintains and updates student records for each student's temporary and permanent files.
  • Receives and processes requests of former students to review records, collects fees and copies records.
  • Verifies student record information for such agencies as social security, veterans administration, public aid, armed services, courts, police, and other governmental and private agencies.
  • Prepares and transmits transcripts and other official documents relating to students.
  • Processes and maintains all records regarding entry/withdrawal of students for reporting purposes.
  • Student registration and enrollment guidance for residency, immigrant pupils, homeless pupils and school fees and waivers.ย 

Graduation

  • Orders and distributes diplomas to graduates, keeping records of students not able to graduate, including Summer and mid-year graduates, and requirements for graduation.
  • Reviews state mandates prior to graduation and ensures compliance.

Reporting

  • Maintains accurate student data for the preparation of required reports including, but not limited to, building, district, state and federal reports and for use by other administrative personnel in the writing of grants and preparation of reports.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Travel Requirements
Travels to all school district buildings as required.
