Job Summary

The Senior SAP/IT Business Analyst – R2R is responsible for supporting and optimizing the end-to-end Record-to-Report (R2R) business process within an ERP transformation program. This role serves as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring successful SAP implementation, system integration, process improvements, testing, training, and ongoing support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Gather business requirements and develop functional specifications for SAP R2R processes.
  • Perform FIT-GAP analysis and recommend process improvements.
  • Configure, support, and troubleshoot SAP R2R modules.
  • Collaborate with business users, developers, and technology teams to resolve system issues.
  • Support system integration, functional testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and performance testing.
  • Develop test scripts, use cases, and cut-over plans for SAP implementations.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional ERP teams, including Change Management, Data, Application Development, and System Integrators.
  • Train and support super users and subject matter experts.
  • Maintain documentation, process standards, and training materials.
  • Monitor industry trends, SAP best practices, and regulatory changes related to R2R processes.
  • Provide project planning, risk management, progress tracking, and implementation support.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience supporting SAP Record-to-Report (R2R) processes.
  • Experience in manufacturing environments.
  • Strong knowledge of SAP General Ledger, Cost Accounting, Product Costing, Profitability Analysis, and Master Data Management.
  • Experience with SAP S/4HANA Cloud implementation.
  • Hands-on experience with SAP configuration, testing, training, and system integration.
  • Strong project management, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to collaborate across technical and business teams.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
