Position Details:

Title: QA Lead

Location: Waltham, MA

Duration: 6 month (may extend)

Our top direct client is looking for a Quality Analyst for a long term project

The client is a Fortune 50 multi-billion dollar revenue generating organisation with a spectrum of products and services throughout major operating businesses.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with offshore QA Lead and accountable for the daily activities of on-shore QA resources
  • Work with users, systems analysts, designers and programmers to create/analyze required project documents ensuring that quality processes are incorporated
  • Participate in analysis, test case walk through, pair testing, Functional, System, Integration, Regression and other test efforts
  • Work closely with SME's to make sure that test cases and test strategy cover every aspect to catch defects at initial stages of testing
  • Manage and work with QA automation and performance testing teams to create automation and performance testing framework

Required Qualifications:

  • Experience with Rally
  • Experience with Quality Center/ALM
  • Experience with QA tools such as SoapUI, Toad, Sauce Labs, Rest Client, Selenium or SelFIT
  • Understanding of all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with cloud based application
  • Experience in the healthcare industry
  • Experience with automated testing tools
