Job description

Performance Tester

Location: Charlotte, Chicago or New York (2 to 3 days in Office)

Duration: 12 Months

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of hands on experience implementing performance testing/monitoring frameworks
  • 5+ years of hands on expertise on JMeter and BlazeMeter, Selenium
  • 5+ years of experience in automating performance tests in applications built using programming languages such as Java
  • Very strong database skills and advance knowledge in writing and understanding complex queries
  • Experience in CI/CD toolsets (e.g. Jenkins, Git, SonarQube, etc.)
  • Experience working with any dashboard reporting tools such as Kibana, Elastic Search, POSTMAN
  • Test automation script creation and execution experience in an integrated environment
  • Experience in thread concurrency, log analysis and monitoring the environments
  • Perform analysis of load tests in real time test execution and post-run review to produce detailed report along with recommendations
  • Root cause analysis, communication, and reporting on performance issues

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Need deep dive analysis skills in systems like Microsoft SQL Server
  • Quick learner and experience in delivering end-to-end technology solutions
  • Adhere to coding standards, procedures and techniques utilizing programming skills and contribute to the technical code base including any required documentation
  • Hands-on experience building high throughput and resilient Java applications
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment with multiple deadlines is essential
  • Experience working on Agile projects and strong knowledge of Agile terminology
