Job Title: Performance Test Engineer and Lead

Location: GREENSBORO, NC

Duration: Full Time

Job Description:

1. 8 - 10 years of experience in Performance Testing and Engineering Domain

2. Knowledge of creating Performance Testing Proposals and experience in Performance Testing Consulting Assignments

3. Have hands-on experience in Performance Bottleneck Analysis (Infrastructure, Application and System level)

4. Solid experience in providing Performance Tuning Recommendations

5. Experience in performance test design, planning, work load modelling, and elicitation of non-functional requirements for testing

6. Hand-on experience in Load Runner

7. Hands on experience in profiling and performance monitoring

8. Hands-on experience in using analytic tools like Omniture, google analytics and monitoring tools like Dynatrace, Tivoli, Sitescope etc

9. Be able to recommend test methodologies, approach, strategic direction for testing and improving application's performance

10. Defining performance testing and monitoring strategies / plans

Soft Skills:

1. Excellent analytical and problem solving skills

2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills

3. Successful teamwork experience and demonstrated leadership abilities are required

4. Proven ability to transfer knowledge and stay aware of current trends and technical advancements

5. Ability to articulate and present different points-of-views on various technologies

Optional Skills:

1. Experience in any performance testing tools (Jmeter, VSTS, Performance center, HP SaaS etc) other than LR

2. Customer Facing Experience would be an added benefit
