Collision Estimator (High Performance Shop)

UNIBODY Autotech Collision Centers

At UNIBODY Autotech, we repair todays most advanced vehicles (EV, ADAS, OEM-certified). We need a sharp, aggressive, detail-driven estimator who knows how to:

  • Write complete, accurate estimates
  • Capture missed damage & supplements
  • Push back on insurance companies
  • Deliver a top-tier customer experience


What Youll Do

  • Write and manage estimates using CCC ONE
  • Identify hidden damage + UPD (prior damage)
  • Handle insurance communication & approvals
  • Drive supplements and maximize repair accuracy
  • Educate customers on proper repairs (not insurance shortcuts)
  • Work closely with production to ensure no missed operations


What Were Looking For

  • 2+ years collision estimating experience
  • Strong with CCC ONE + insurance negotiations
  • Knows how to find labor, not miss it
  • Confident, professional, and not afraid to stand your ground
  • Bonus if you understand EV / Tesla / ADAS repairs
