We are seeking a Class A Service Technician who brings advanced automotive repair experience, strong diagnostic ability, and pride in delivering high-level work. This opportunity is ideal for a technician who is confident handling complex repairs and diagnostics and is looking to bring their expertise to a luxury performance dealership.

What You'll Do

As a Class A Service Technician, you will perform advanced diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance in accordance with dealership and manufacturer standards while helping ensure every vehicle is repaired correctly, efficiently, and with exceptional attention to detail.

Responsibilities include:

  • Perform advanced diagnostics and repairs on engine, electrical, suspension, braking, steering, and drivability systems
  • Complete maintenance and repair work with efficiency, accuracy, and care
  • Diagnose vehicle concerns and identify the root cause of mechanical and electrical issues
  • Follow repair orders and manufacturer procedures to ensure quality workmanship
  • Conduct thorough multipoint inspections and clearly document findings
  • Record all work performed, test procedures, and recommended repairs accurately
  • Road-test vehicles as needed to verify concerns and confirm repair quality
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-focused work environment
  • Collaborate with service advisors, parts personnel, and service leadership to support an exceptional client experience
  • Stay up to date on technical training, factory standards, and repair procedures
What We're Looking For

This role is best suited for a technician with significant hands-on experience who is already operating at a high level in a dealership or professional automotive repair environment.

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience as a Class A Technician or senior-level automotive technician is required
  • Strong diagnostic, troubleshooting, and repair skills
  • Ability to work independently on complex repair orders
  • Experience with European, luxury, or performance brands is highly preferred
  • Porsche experience is a plus, but not required for the right highly qualified technician
  • ASE certifications are a plus
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
  • Ability to maintain productivity in a fast-paced shop environment
  • Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
