Shop Foreman Responsibilities:

  • Manage technician dispatching and shop workflow
  • Follow our processes and hold the team accountable to them
  • Effectively lead, coach, mentor, and manage service advisors to help them grow
  • Provide ongoing training to service department personnel
  • Evaluate performance, recognize accomplishments, and hold 1-on-1 meetings with team members
  • Motivate and encourage service staff members to reach their full potential
  • Maintain above average customer service scores for the department
  • Assist guests in a professional and courteous manner
  • Retain current service customers and encourage repeat business
  • Collaborate with other departments in the dealership to accomplish common goals
