We are hiring a top-tier Porsche technician who’s ready to step into a lead role with real influence on how a shop business runs and grows.
We are an independent Porsche shop in Fairfax, with a reputation to uphold and the need to evolve with new leadership.
Who This Role Is For:
A Porsche specialist—from a dealership, motorsport, or a high-end performance shop.
Ideally someone who is interested in more than just turning wrenches. The position provides an opportunity for fast growth into leadership and for the right candidate even ownership-level responsibility and partnership in an established business.
A technician who is sharp with tools and with people—able to lead and communicate with a team.
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of experience servicing Porsche vehicles
Strong diagnostic skills using PIWIS or equivalent diagnostic tools
Deep understanding of Porsche systems: drivetrain, suspension, electrical, cooling, etc.
Ability to work on both air-cooled and water-cooled Porsche models
Experience with major service intervals, engine work, transmission service, IMS, AC systems, etc.
Competency in inspection, documentation, and communication
Ability to lead, coach, and support junior technicians
Certifications are a plus—but real Porsche experience matters most
Willingness to get certified if not certified already
