To thrive as a Performance Marketing Manager, you need expertise in digital marketing strategies, data analysis, and campaign optimization, often supported by a degree in marketing, business, or a related field. Proficiency with tools such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and marketing automation platforms is typically required, along with relevant certifications like Google Ads or Facebook Blueprint.
