Summary
The Organizational Performance & Metrics Analyst supports enterprise performance management initiatives by collecting, analyzing, and reporting organizational performance data to drive informed decision-making and continuous improvement. This position develops executive dashboards, monitors Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), identifies performance trends, and delivers actionable insights that support organizational assessments, process improvement initiatives, and strategic mission objectives.
Responsibilities
  • Collect, validate, analyze, and interpret organizational performance data from multiple sources to support enterprise decision-making.
  • Develop and maintain executive dashboards, scorecards, and performance reports using data visualization and business intelligence tools.
  • Design, implement, and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and performance measurement frameworks that align with organizational goals.
  • Analyze performance trends, identify emerging issues, and provide data-driven recommendations to improve organizational effectiveness.
  • Prepare executive-level reports, presentations, and briefings that communicate performance results and strategic insights.
  • Support organizational maturity assessments, continuous improvement initiatives, and performance management programs.
  • Collaborate with government stakeholders to define reporting requirements, performance measures, and data governance standards.
  • Ensure the accuracy, integrity, and consistency of organizational performance data through validation and quality assurance activities.
  • Develop ad hoc reports and analytical products to support leadership decisions, strategic planning, and operational assessments.
  • Recommend improvements to data collection, reporting processes, and performance measurement methodologies.

Qualifications
  • Active Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) security clearance.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Statistics, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Public Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in performance management, business analytics, organizational assessment, data analysis, or a related discipline.
  • Demonstrated experience collecting, validating, analyzing, and reporting organizational performance data.
  • Experience developing and maintaining:
    • Executive dashboards
    • Performance scorecards
    • Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
    • Performance metrics and reporting frameworks
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Power BI, Excel, SharePoint, Tableau, or similar business intelligence and data visualization tools.
  • Strong quantitative, qualitative, analytical, and critical-thinking skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present findings and recommendations to senior government leadership.
Required Certifications
  • Lean Six Sigma Green Belt
  • Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP)

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience supporting Federal Government, Department of Defense (DoD), or Intelligence Community (IC) organizations.

Salary Disclosure
Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors including but not limited to experience, geographic location, contract affordability, internal equity, education, and certifications.
The upper end of the salary range may be reserved for individuals who have demonstrated tenure with the company, seniority, and proven excellent performance. This includes factors such as education, certifications, and extensive/unique experience beyond what is required.
