Digital Marketing Intern

At Harry Rosen, Canada's leading luxury menswear retailer,we'relooking for a Digital Marketing Intern to support the execution of campaigns that drive customer acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth.

Working closely with thePerformance Marketingteam, this role will support paid media initiatives across paid social, search, display, and affiliate, helping bring seasonal campaigns, promotional moments, and brand launches to market. You will gain hands-on exposure to how performance marketingoperateswithin aluxuryretail business - balancing brand storytelling with commercialobjectivesand measurable results.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Support the execution of paid digital marketing campaigns across paid social, search, display, and affiliate channels.

  • Assistwith campaign set-up, creative asset coordination, approvals, and trafficking with internal teams and agency partners.

  • Helpmaintaincampaign calendars alignedtoseasonal launches, promotional periods, and key commercial priorities.

  • Monitor campaign pacing, delivery, and in-flight performance to ensure campaigns launch accurately and remain on track.

  • Assistin compiling weekly and post-campaign reporting, including performance insights, learnings, and opportunities for optimization.

  • Support audience testing, creative testing, and performance analysis to help improve acquisition efficiency and campaign effectiveness.

  • Conduct competitor and market research toidentifyemerging trends, platform updates, and creative best practices.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with creative, merchandising, analytics, and brand marketing teams to support campaign execution.

  • Other duties and projects as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Currently enrolled in a Business,E-Commerceor Fashionrelated program with a formal internship/co-op requirement.

  • Strong interest in digital marketing, performance media, customer acquisition, and e-commerce.

  • Experience with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint; familiaritywith Asana, Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, or Google Ads is an asset.

  • Strong analytical mindset withcomfort interpretingcampaign data andidentifyingpatterns, insights, and opportunities.

  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong communicationskills, both written and verbal.

  • Interest in fashion, retail, consumerbehaviour, and the luxury market is an asset.

Compensation: $20.00 per hour
