Requirements:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform accurate diagnostics and repairs on a wide range of automotive systems, including engine, transmission, brakes, suspension, steering, HVAC, and electrical.
  • Utilize diagnostic tools, technical resources, and repair procedures to efficiently identify and resolve issues.
  • Complete factory-recommended maintenance, video inspections, and multi-point inspections.
  • Maintain a high standard of workmanship and attention to detail in all repairs and services.
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with service advisors regarding vehicle status and recommended repairs.
  • Adhere to manufacturer and dealership repair standards, safety protocols, and best practices.
  • Stay current with required training and certifications.
  • Keep a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of professional automotive repair and diagnostic experience.
  • Strong diagnostic and repair skills across a variety of makes and models.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • ASE certifications preferred but not required.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
