Building Maintenance Team
Full-Time Position
$18 - $20 per Hour Based on ExperienceExperience Preferred, but not Necessary


West Herr Automotive Group in Buffalo, NY
needs to hire enthusiastic people to maintain the grounds of their facility, which will include general building and grounds maintenance, lawn cutting and trimming, metal scrapping and snow removal, power washing. Responsibilities
Building Maintenance Persons:

 

  • General building and grounds maintenance
  • Metal recycling
  • Lawn cutting and trimming
  • Snow removal
  • Maintaining gardens and lawns, including planting, fertilizing, weeding, soil conditioning, mulching
  • Operating and maintaining lawn and gardening equipment
  • Other Duties may be assigned


Requirements – Building Maintenance Persons:

  • Experience is a plus!
  • Ability to stand, bend, and move for extended periods of time in all types of weather
  • Valid driver's license and good driving record
  • Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Good work ethic and attitude
  • Good communication and customer service skills

  • Must pass pre-employment testing to include background checks, MVR, and drug screening.
