Reason for Coverage: Retired and PRN unable to cover
Dates of Coverage: Flexible
Schedule (Shifts and Hours): 0800-1700, last patient @ 1630 or 0800-1630, last patient @ 1600
What Percent of the Practice is Adult: 100%
What Percent of the Practice is Outpatient: 99%
What Percent of the Practice is Inpatient: Less than 1%
Average Number of Office/Clinic Patients Per Locum Per Day: 10-16
Will Other Neurologists be Present During Locum's Assignment? No
Lab Onsite? Yes
X-Ray Onsite? Yes
Office Ancillary Staff: 6 Neurodiagnostic colleagues- 2 of them are registered EEG.
