Job description

Mercy Hospital is seeking an Emergency Medicine Physician for two critical-access hospitals in Aurora and Cassville, Missouri. This hospital-employed position offers immediate parity, scheduling, and voting rights within a supportive group. Join a team dedicated to compassionate service and clinical excellence in a rural community setting.

Practice Info

  • Hospital-employed group with no partnership track/buy-in
  • 25-bed, critical access hospital
  • Annual ED volume of 11,000-13,000 patients
  • Easy transfers (ground and air) to Mercy Hospital - Springfield, an 886-bed level I trauma center
  • Hospitalists available 24-hours per day for admissions
  • Less than 2 patients per hour
  • EPIC EMR across Mercy
  • NP/PA coverage each day

Compensation

  • $50,000 signing bonus plus paid relocation
  • Guaranteed hours/shifts and $205-$226/hour
  • Immediate parity and equal rotation and scheduling among the group
