Job description

Mercy Hospital is seeking an Emergency Medicine Physician for two critical-access hospitals in Aurora and Cassville, Missouri. This role offers an opportunity to join a hospital-employed group with immediate parity and a supportive team. Physicians will provide emergency care in rural communities with easy transfer access to a Level I trauma center, enjoying a balanced work-life schedule and comprehensive benefits.

Practice Info

  • Hospital-employed group with no partnership track/buy-in
  • 25-bed, critical access hospital
  • Annual ED volume of 11,000-13,000 patients
  • Easy transfers (ground and air) to Mercy Hospital - Springfield, an 886-bed level I trauma center
  • Hospitalists available 24-hours per day for admissions
  • NP/PA coverage each day

Compensation

  • $50,000 signing bonus
  • Guaranteed hours/shifts and $205-$226/hour
