Jefferson Healthcare is currently looking for a skilled per diem Registered Nurse to join our Home Health team. Our program is fully accredited and dedicated to providing comfort and support to our patients, allowing them to stay at home comfortably and avoid hospitalization. Home Health is a unique environment that provides an opportunity for nurses to showcase their skills. Our nurses are autonomous and have the ability to assess, think critically, and make decisions on their own, often being the only clinician in the patient's home. They are confident in their abilities, able to see the bigger picture, ask broader questions, and assess while providing day-to-day care. They are also excellent communicators, understanding the challenges that come with being a remote team and how important communication is for the care of our patients. Most importantly, our nurses are compassionate and caring, always putting their patients first.
