MS/Tele RN - Night Shift Contract Position

Assignment Duration

This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule

Night shift, 4x12-hour schedule (7:00 PM - 7:00 AM). Every other weekend required.

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced MS/Tele Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced medical-surgical and telemetry environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong clinical skills and the ability to interpret dysrhythmias effectively.

Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive nursing assessments and care to patients on a medical-surgical and telemetry unit.
  • Monitor and manage patients with various medical conditions, including interpretation and management of dysrhythmias.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to facilitate optimal patient outcomes.
  • Document patient care accurately and timely using the Epic electronic health record system.
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure
  • Must hold an active South Carolina RN license or a Compact license.
  • Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience, with prior travel experience preferred.
  • Current certifications in BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS.
  • Experience in a medical-surgical environment is required; telemetry experience is preferred.
