Job description

Don't see the right role yet — or just not ready to apply to something specific? We'd still love to hear from you.

ProService Hawaii is always looking to connect with talented people who are drawn to meaningful work, high standards, and a team culture that's genuinely different. If something about what we're building resonates with you, submit your resume and let's start a conversation. When the right opportunity opens up, you'll already be on our radar.

WHO WE ARE

ProService is a Hawaii-based PEO combining payroll, HR, and benefits expertise with purpose-built technology — all backed by the best local service in the islands. We support thousands of small and medium-sized businesses across Hawaii, handling the operational complexity so our clients can focus on running their businesses.

Backed by Silver Lake and recognized as one of Hawaii's Best Places to Work for 20 consecutive years, we're a team of high performers united by one mission: Empowering Employers to Succeed in Hawaii.

WHO WE'RE ALWAYS LOOKING FOR

We hire across a range of functions — including HR consulting, payroll, benefits, sales, technology, claims, and operations — but every great hire we've made shares a common foundation in the standards we hold ourselves to every day.

  • High Bar for Excellence. You set stretch goals for yourself and the people around you. You're not satisfied with good enough, and you hold yourself to a standard most people don't.
  • Empathy. You genuinely care about the people you work with and the clients you serve. You bring dedication, patience, and a real desire to make things better for others.
  • Accountability. You own your results — the good ones and the ones that didn't go as planned. You don't look for someone else to blame, and you don't wait to be told when something needs to be fixed.
  • Resourcefulness. You find a way. When resources are limited, obstacles are real, or the path forward isn't clear, you take initiative and make things happen anyway.
  • Tenacity. You don't give up when things get hard. You bring urgency, resilience, and a genuine need to see things through — because winning matters to you.

If that sounds like how you're wired, we'd like to meet you — regardless of where you might fit on our org chart.

WORK LOCATION

We have roles based in Honolulu (hybrid, in office Tuesday–Thursday) and fully remote positions open to US Mainland candidates who are available during Hawaii Standard Time (HST / UTC-10) business hours.

HOW TO APPLY

Submit your resume and a brief note about the kind of work you're interested in. We review every submission and will reach out when something comes up that looks like a strong match.

WHY PROSERVICE

  • A PROhana unlike any other. We assume the best in each other, give feedback focused on what's right—not who's right—and show up every day. This isn't just a workplace. It's a community.
  • Do work that matters. You'll see exactly how your contributions move the needle—meaningful problems, real decisions, and a seat at the table.
  • Grow without a ceiling. Internal roles post first, and we reimburse certifications, conferences, and memberships. Your growth is our growth.
  • Compete, collaborate, and win together. High expectations, real accountability, and a team of experts ready to help you push through any obstacle.
  • Total rewards built around your whole life. Fully paid healthcare, 401(k) matching, paid parental leave, student loan assistance, employee assistance programs, and paid time off—just to name a few.
