The Project Manager is responsible for planning, executing, monitoring, and successfully delivering projects within the approved scope, timeline, budget, and quality standards. Key Responsibilities

  • Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.

  • Lead project execution from initiation through completion and handover.

  • Coordinate and manage cross-functional project teams.
